All rooms are strictly non-smoking, including balconies. Smoke can easily affect nearby guests, including children and elderly visitors. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available on the property.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted on the property. As a shared space welcoming a diverse range of guests, this policy helps ensure a peaceful and comfortable environment for everyone.

Can I reschedule my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you may reschedule your stay once per booking under the following conditions:
Advance notice: Request at least 7 days before your original check-in date.
New date: Must be specified immediately and fall within 6 months of the original check-in date.
Price difference: If the new dates have a higher room rate, the difference must be paid upon confirmation.
Late rescheduling (less than 7 days' notice): The 50% deposit is non-refundable and will be treated as a cancellation fee.
No-show: Failure to check in or reschedule on time will be considered a cancellation with no refund.

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable, and the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Yes, our on-site restaurant is open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (last order at 9:00 PM).

Breakfast buffet (7:00 AM – 10:00 AM): Enjoy fried eggs, sausages, rice porridge, Yunnan fried noodles, soy milk, Chinese crullers, toast, instant coffee, and our signature Oolong tea. Café-style coffee and tea are available for purchase at the reception.

Lunch & Dinner: We serve a variety of Thai, Yunnan, and vegetarian-friendly dishes, including our popular MooKata (Thai BBQ hot pot) — available daily with no reservation needed.

For guests with Halal or vegetarian dietary requirements, please inform our team before arrival or at check-in so we can accommodate you.

Please note that cooking is not permitted in the rooms or anywhere on the resort grounds.

Yes, we offer pick-up and drop-off services from Chiang Rai Airport or Chiang Rai City:Round trip: 2,000 THBOne way: 1,200 THBThe vehicle seats up to 2 adults. This is a direct transfer provided by our tea farm, and sightseeing is not included. Booking is required.

Is there transportation available to explore Mae Salong during my stay?

Accepted Answer

Yes, scooter rentals are available for 300 THB per day, and we offer a free shuttle from our property to Mae Salong village. Please feel free to contact our receptionists on arrival or during your stay.
